FME Law offers custom-designed continuing legal education dealing with litigation against governments and their agencies. We provide advanced instruction on how to conduct petition-litigation cases, FOIA and subsequent litigation, Data Quality Act petitions and litigation as well as routine administrative law regulatory challenges. In-house counsel and general counsel staffs of associations will find this course of study particularly helpful. Associations seeking to offer CLE to their members’ counsel will find this program both supportive to their members and a means to generate a modest amount of association income. If you would like to discuss partnering with FME Law to serve your attorney membership, please contact our Director at Schnare@FMELawClinic.org.
In 2012, FME Law intends to mount on-line CLE based on its course “Strategic Federalism Litigation Practice.” The course consists of approximately 12 50-minute lectures and panel presentations, each discussing different aspects of how to use litigation to address the imbalance between federal authorities and state and individual sovereignties. Although the discussions will use environmental examples, the principles can be directly applied in other regulatory milieu. If you are interested in on-line CLE and wish to be informed when it is available, please contact us at Info@FMELawClinic.org.
